Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Masto Fit. We work with trusted fulfilment partners to deliver our products to customers throughout the United States & International.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, orders normally arrive within 7–12 business days.

The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is approximately 8–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, high-volume sales periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. Products from the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when this occurs.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Masto Fit is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us at [Zethbuckleybusiness@gmail.com] with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfilment partner or shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.

International Fulfilment

Some products may be shipped directly from an international fulfilment partner. Customers will not be charged unexpected import duties unless this is clearly disclosed before checkout.
